Our aftercare curriculum meets you at a sophisticated level. We will help you forecast what to expect during the transition home and how to respond effectively. Your family coach will provide intensive training, education, and give you in-the-moment directives that will allow you to feel empowered in the coming home process.

Preventative Care
Satya does early intervention work with families who need more support at home. We work in conjunction with your home therapist and other helping professionals, helping to manage you out of crisis and into stability.
Additionally, we help prepare families for the possibility of more intensive treatment by giving you the coaching and guidance you need to successfully transition your child to an out of home placement. Please contact us for more information.
