Family coaching services take place in the home and require more intensive involvement by your family coach. Coaching services usually require a minimum three-month commitment from your family. Please contact me for a direct quote.
Therapy takes place in the office or virtually, is done on an ongoing basis, typically once a week. I meet with clients seeking support for their individual and interpersonal lives.

Yes. Throughout my career, I have worked with boys, men, and the LGBTQ+ community. Though I specialize in work with women, I am open to work with people from all walks of life. You are welcome to contact me and assess together if we are the right fit.

I am unable to work with clients who:
- Have a history of physical aggression; or a diagnosis of Conduct disorder
- Are acutely suicidal, or present a high risk of serious danger to themselves, or others
- Are experiencing psychosis, or impaired reality testing
- Have an overall IQ score lower than 90
- Are medically unstable
- Complex addiction issues
- Substance Abuse
