This curriculum is specifically designed to meet the challenges of teenage girls.
Throughout the reader, young women will be asked to address issues of identity, self-esteem, body image, healthy living, personal enrichment, peer/romantic relationships, familial relationships, communication, and much more. Each section is filled with psychoeducation accompanied by homework assignments for young women to complete. The goal of this curriculum is to not only get young women to think more critically about their lives, but to take action and empower themselves as well.
